We are currently seeking a Master's Level Therapist in our Central York School District - Central York Middle School Transition Classroom. The selected candidates will become part of a team including a Certified Teacher and an in-class Behavior Coach. The therapist, if selected for team leader, will oversee the program within the district building and be the liaison between the organization and the district.

Responsibilities include:

• Treatment planning for clients which include individual and group sessions

• Relationship building and encouraging family involvement through regular communication

• Carrying out the organization's trauma informed model with district administration, teachers, clients, and families

• Facilitating staff and district meetings

Requirements:

• A Master's degree from a college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

• Leadership skills

• Positive, strong group and classroom management skills
