The Behavior Coach actively engages students while building rapport and ensures students are able to form relationships and feel safe within the classroom. Behavior Coaches consistently implement behavioral interventions to ensure learning and growth with student behavior.
Clinical Masters level staff member who provides consultation with staff and therapeutic services to students in elementary, middle or high school educational settings. The Transition Classroom Therapist delivers individual and group therapy to clients and completes assessments on identified students and may provide consultation and professional development programs to staff.
The Team Leader is a first-level leadership position that supports the Outpatient Supervisor with administrative or clinical tasks to promote success within the program. This role is combined with a position that requires completion of billable time. The Team Leader may assist with organizing assignments for staff, auditing clinical documentation, resolving crisis and conflict situations, providing clinical support, and developing positive relationships with staff and customers.

The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Professional is expected to perform their duties to support the goals and objectives of Laurel Life in its efforts to provide quality service and patient satisfaction. The Advanced Practice Professional will provide primary psychiatric assessment and care to clients of the organization including making diagnoses, determining course of treatment, providing appropriate treatment and treatment planning, completing vitals, prescribing medications, reviewing/approving prior authorizations, reviewing lab work, monitoring blood levels, and documenting patient files.
The Psychiatric Patient Care Coordinator facilitates the flow of patient medication management appointments and general client mental health needs. The Psychiatric Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing Psychiatric Prior Authorizations; greeting visitors and patients; determining the reason for the visit; securing patient information and signatures on required documents; scheduling appointments; and establishing methods of payment for services. This person also asks, receives, and accounts for payments, handles incoming calls, and performs other office duties as directed. This position requires confidential handling of clinical and protected health information and high levels of organization, interpersonal skills, and professional attire.
The Teacher-Transition Classrooms provides instruction to all students enrolled in the program. Responsibilities include preparation of academic materials, instruction in a classroom setting, and evaluation of student performance. The Teacher utilizes specific district curriculum and adapts content to provide instruction to multiple grades.
