The Group Instructor works within the ABA Group Classroom treatment team delivering evidence-based treatment interventions to a small group of children attending the program. The Group Instructor will provide direct care under the Clinical Specialist and Lead Group Instructor, implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP), assist with group activities, maintain safety in all activities, document daily progress notes, set up for activities, and assist with any daily living skill deficits. The primary focus is to demonstrate skills that lead to improvement of an individual's behavior, decrease skills deficits, and promote emotional well-being within the ABA group program
The Lead Group Instructor works within the ABA Group Classroom delivering evidence-based treatment interventions to a small group of children attending the program. The primary focus is to demonstrate skills that lead to improvement of an individual's behavior, decrease skills deficits, and promote emotional well-being within the ABA group program. The Lead Group Instructor collects data, while implementing evidence-based assessments and treatment interventions to assist individuals in developing age-appropriate self-management and social skills. The Lead Group Instructor is the primary point of contact within their designated group services classroom. The Lead Group instructor utilizes individualized assessments to provide clinical support and interventions to children in their classroom.
The goals of the Behavior Consultant-ABA are to provide clinical direction of services to the child, youth or young adult; along with developing and monitoring the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). The Behavior Consultant-ABA applies their specialized knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis to assess the individual's behaviors, design a behavioral intervention program, and monitor the implementation of non-aversive behavioral change methods. Behavior Consultants collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data from treatment team members and adjust treatment goals accordingly to promote progress. The Behavior Consultant-ABA will also lead the treatment team and will strive to develop collaboration among all treatment team members.

The Psychiatric Advanced Practice Professional is expected to perform their duties to support the goals and objectives of Laurel Life in its efforts to provide quality service and patient satisfaction. The Advanced Practice Professional will provide primary psychiatric assessment and care to clients of the organization including making diagnoses, determining course of treatment, providing appropriate treatment and treatment planning, completing vitals, prescribing medications, reviewing/approving prior authorizations, reviewing lab work, monitoring blood levels, and documenting patient files.

The goals of the Behavioral Health Technician are to implement the Individualized Treatment Plan providing intensive, individualized interventions to the child, youth, or young adult experiencing serious emotional, developmental, or behavioral needs in order to prevent more restrictive placements or services. The BHT documents client behavior and implements the psychosocial rehabilitative interventions as specified in the client's treatment plan. Services are provided in a variety of settings, including, but not limited to home, community, school, or activity center. The BHT should have the ability to resolve crisis and conflict situations and develop positive relationships with clients.
